Today security personnel, management and field services must be highly trained to be effective in today’s challenging environment. Our security operators are prior military and law enforcement. Our personnel are put through an intensive hiring process that screens the employment background history, and criminal record of each employee. Our security personnel are required to meet all the State Bureau of Security and Investigations licensing requirements for their guard card and exposed weapon permit.
